Update March 2025
The tests considering my elbow are over and here's the -not so good- news:
I'm going to have surgery on the nerves in my elbow in July. It will be around 5-8 months before I will be able to get back to work in the saddlery...
All pieces that have already been ordered will be finished by then. If you are still interested in projects, please let's talk about them as soon as possible.

Back in 2025!
My beautiful workshop has received some upgrades and I am slowly but surely finding my way back into my craft. No news regarding the elbow, but I have another appointment with other doctors in February...
What's new: I'm starting a job at the local foundation for people with cognitive disabilities. I'll be working in communications, with a focus on graphics and photography.
This means that in the future I will only be running the saddlery part-time. So if you need something, order sooner rather than later ;-)

UPDATE NOV.24
Due to an elbow problem, I am currently still very limited in my work in the saddlery. The western saddlery with the thick, hand-stitched leather will be on hold for now. The production of AXT & KIEN Leather & Canvas Gear will resume at the beginning of 2025.
At the moment I am working on designs that I can produce despite my injured arm. Modified cutting dies and a new sewing machine will help me to produce the new pieces.
My focus is on ensuring that future products meet my style and quality standards; that is what I stand for!

Video Premiere "Last Supper Hats"
Suse from Last Supper Hats organized a shoot for her handmade hats on our homestead. Usha Fath turned these autumn days into a super beautiful clip and added my music to it. I'm really looking forward to such collaborations - it's even nicer when your own products are captured in a film like this!

Roping Swiss Championship 23!
As mentioned and posted, I sponsored spur straps for the “Best Cowgirl” award. The award stands for harmonious work on cattle and horses and is therefore close to my heart!
Probably my best customer, Tiziana Teta, received the trophy from the jury; -which of course makes me extremely happy! All the best and congratulations on your great work Tiziana; keep it up!
